Refunds and Returns:

• Order Cancellation: Orders placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed. However, in exceptional cases where the order has been cancelled within 24 hours, rangolistencils.com may accept the cancellation request, subject to a deduction of shipping charges and any other applicable fees.
• Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photos or video evidence of the damage or incorrect product. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
• Unwanted Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted products.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of the return request being approved. You will be notified of the refund via email.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
2. Provide photos or video evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
3. Once your request is verified, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label.
5. Ship the product back to Rangolistencils.com
6. Once the product is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped or your refund will be processed.
